Compro un anillo, me lo envia y luego me envia una solicitud por Pay Pal para que le page el IVA por separado y me explica que es porque el precio lo tiene para el mercado internacional y no se que rollos. ¿Es normal esto? ¿Que debo hacer?

I do not get this money it is paid by me to the Irish Tax man, even if I do not receive it!! I will send you a VAT invoice by PayPal to your PayPal account, you will find it on your account page marked pending payment. I will post any way and trust you to pay the VAT.
