* No later than 90 days from the mailing date
- Express Mail International with Guarantee® (Only the United States sender can file)
* No sooner than 3 days from the mailing date
* No later than 30 days from the mailing date
- Registered Mail™ or Insured or ordinary parcels (Only the United States sender can file)
* No sooner than 7 days from the mailing date
* No later than 6 months from the mailing date
If your mailpiece falls within these guidelines, please have the United States sender call 1-800-222-1811:
Monday through Friday -- 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Saturday -- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Sundays & Major Holidays -- Closed
