It should be there by now. Have you checked with your customs people to see if it is there? Some times the customs people do not tell the recipient that a package is there.

El envio deberia haber llegado a Barcelona ciudad hace dias, pueden ayudarme a confirmar su recepción o decirme donde puedo dirigirme para localizarlo.
