Solo hay que leer esto:

y esto:

" Money are sent to eBay directly by making a Bank Transfer."

Que son servicios que no existen en eBay para decir que que es una enorme estafa y que no se te ocurra enviar dinero a ninguna cuenta que te diga ese "vendedor".

Así a ojo y sin entender absolutamente nada de móviles: ¿para qué tanto lío? O sea lo ves, compras en ebay, pagas por paypal y fin del asunto. (todo siempre dentro del portal)

No necesitas nada más, ni cruzar media palabra, salvo que tengas dudas técnicas por ejemplo.

Y veo que el vendedor ha pasado de tu pregunta. Si el ítem NO está accesible publicado en ebay, no es una compra dentro de ebay (obvio)

Y por lo tanto careces de protección.

Resumen: busca un ítem que esté en ebay, y cómpralo, y paga por paypal dentro de ebay, y a otra cosa.
