A charge is made to my card without appearing in my purchases
I bought a cell phone and paid with my debit card, it took the money, which was a total of $7,442, but when I check eBay I don't have any purchase made and it keeps sending me the option to complete the purchase. Where is my money or my cell phone??? The charge has already been made and I have neither the phone nor the money. I want my refund

I can see that your account was not registered on the Spain site, so we wouldn’t be able to look into it through this channel.
I suggest that you make your inquiry on the United States site, or contact customer support directly so they can look into it for you directly. However, it’s normally the case that when a transaction fails for whatever reason and isn’t completed, but a charge does show up, the bank will normally return the funds within 1 to 30 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times). If this is the case, there’s nothing to worry about.
