      Careful!!!!

      Good afternoon, I am very outraged with eBay for not controlling its sellers and I will explain my case; I was looking for a specific phone model. I found it and before buying I asked them if they shipped to my postal code and address, their response: customs inspection, unusual weather or other unknown reasons may affect the shipping speed of the product... and since I wasn't in a hurry to receive the phone I ordered it and paid for it, as I did not receive any negative response from them about shipping. A few days later they wrote to me saying that the order would take even longer, 2 to 3 weeks, and that if I did not agree I should cancel the order. Since I did not cancel the order they sent me another message saying they could not ship to my postal code, that they would cancel the order, and I sent them the screenshots, to which they replied that I should cancel the order, so I cancelled it and what was my surprise when I saw the deposit in my account, for the phone I paid 234,96 € and the refund in my account was 219,61 € and my question is: where are the missing 15,35 €? When they didn't even send me the phone and the listing says free shipping. I feel outraged by eBay for allowing this on its platform. As a user, because of things like this I wouldn't recommend it and I don't think I will use it again, and to the gentlemen at eBay: I have screenshots of the conversations and bank statements at your disposal, though I don't think you'll even bother to ask me for them. I'll leave it there and let you draw your own conclusions. Regards and thank you.

      Canceling an order on eBay is no longer that simple

      It turns out I bought some glasses and the seller sent me a photo, which led to a mistake in the purchase because the ones in the listing are different. I asked to cancel it the same day since it still hasn’t been shipped, three days go by and the seller doesn’t respond, ignoring my messages, it still hasn’t been sent, I contacted eBay and they won’t give me a solution, just that I should wait half a month, an outrageous amount of time for a buyer, in 5 days it should be canceled or eBay should cancel it at the buyer’s request, that’s the normal timeframe for shipping something, another thing is when it’s received. eBay is getting outdated while other platforms like Amazon process returns without arguing.   It’s not just this case, it already made my life difficult recently with a 600e handlebar which never even arrived and they didn’t want to refund me because it showed up in the tracking. I’ll keep to myself what I think of eBay right now, but it’s far from good.   Now I ask, is eBay so ignorant or inept that it doesn’t know it has everything to lose against such huge payment platforms that protect the buyer??    If it weren’t for the vintage market, eBay would have shut down a long time ago. So what do you all think because, for me, it doesn’t have much time left if it keeps going like this, since there are much more serious platforms that don’t make your life difficult: you don’t receive an item, you cancel it, it’s different from the description, they give you a refund or send you a label and don’t give you the runaround.

      Good morning, I bought an item, a perfume, and when I opened it I realized it was fake. I checked by searching the internet for this item and on the perfumery forum - all the important missing indications were not there, apart from the fact that the serial number on the bottle and the box that came in the listing did not match. The problem is that I already threw away the original box because at first I didn’t notice these things - beginner mistake. But what made me doubt it from the moment I received the purchase was the atomizer, which was not like the original bottles - it sprayed fine puddles instead of a fine mist, which these luxury atomizers have. I’m asking for help because I’m sure it’s a counterfeit but I don’t have the original box to return the item and I’ve used it a couple of times to see how the atomizer works.

      Hello, my name is Juan, on Sunday, March 1, an auction ends on EBAY-UK, but the seller has put that he only ships within the United Kingdom. I called EBAY-Spain, and they told me that I could bid without any problem, but if I could convince the seller to change the shipping method, my question is: if I win the auction, will I have to negotiate shipping to Spain?       Good morning, the other day I bid on some items from a seller from whom I buy a lot of things. The thing is, I won 9 bids and, to my surprise, when I went to bid on a tenth item, it wouldn't let me and a screen popped up that literally says this "Your account is restricted due to repeated cases of unpaid items. You can still buy with the Buy It Now option! To keep buying without additional restrictions, make sure you complete payment for your orders. I don't have any pending payment or any claim. Just in case, I paid for the 9 items I had just bought in case that was the reason, but nothing, it still says the same thing and won't let me bid. I spoke with the seller and he told me that he didn't have me restricted. Does anyone know how I can solve the problem? THANK YOU

      False delivery attempt

      I've been at home all day waiting for the package, listening for the doorbell. And late in the day (around 9 p.m.) I get a notice saying delivery was unsuccessful. I know nobody rang my apartment, so all I can think is that either they rang the wrong one, or the courier just marked it as attempted and that was that. What really pisses me off is that, with total cheek, they tell me they tried to deliver the package when I was at home waiting for it to arrive

      The purchase of a turbo

      I needed to buy a turbocharger for my car, and I look on eBay and find one, I ask the seller for more information  And to make sure that what I buy is compatible with an Opel Corsa D, they ask me for my turbo's OEM number.
