If the estimated delivery date has already passed, you can open a case with this linkhere. If, after 3 business days since opening the case, you still have not received your refund for not receiving the item, you can ask us for help with this other linkhere, and we can escalate the case to help you resolve it.
It’s important to note that you have 30 days to open the case from the date the estimated delivery date has passed; if more than 30 days go by after that, you will not be able to open the case.
If they’ve given you a fake tracking number, you’re in trouble.
Ebay and Paypal won’t listen, you’re going to have to file a complaint.
It’s happened to me that the seller provided a fake tracking number, I lost the money and didn’t receive the product. Since the tracking number shows it as delivered, who knows where and what... no matter how much I talk to them, they don’t pay any attention. I’m following the steps to file a complaint through the Civil Guard.
