Hello, my name is Juan, on Sunday, March 1, an auction ends on EBAY-UK, but the seller has put that he only ships within the United Kingdom. I called EBAY-Spain, and they told me that I could bid without any problem, but if I could convince the seller to change the shipping method, my question is: if I win the auction, will I have to negotiate shipping to Spain?
