I have my shipping policies set up with Correos - Economy International Parcel both for the European Union and for the rest of the world. The policies are correctly saved and assigned to the listings. However, when I sell an item to certain countries, when trying to buy the label from eBay I get the message: "Services not available. Verify and update the origin/destination zip code, weight, and dimensions in kg/cm." What I’d like to know is: Is it normal for eBay not to generate labels for certain international destinations? Does this happen to you often too, or is it just me? Is there any account or shipping policy setting I should check? Is there any way to enable or improve eBay’s international label system from Spain? When eBay doesn’t generate the label, how do you handle these shipments? Do you use Packlink, Genei, or another platform? Any experience or advice would be welcome, because I’d like to keep selling internationally without running into this problem on certain sales. Despite having the following in my account profile: Tax ID: Address (WHICH I MODIFIED) The issued invoice shows an incorrect address and does not include my Tax ID. Good afternoon, I am very outraged with eBay for not controlling its sellers and I will explain my case; I was looking for a specific phone model. I found it and before buying I asked them if they shipped to my postal code and address, their response: customs inspection, unusual weather or other unknown reasons may affect the shipping speed of the product... and since I wasn't in a hurry to receive the phone I ordered it and paid for it, as I did not receive any negative response from them about shipping. A few days later they wrote to me saying that the order would take even longer, 2 to 3 weeks, and that if I did not agree I should cancel the order. Since I did not cancel the order they sent me another message saying they could not ship to my postal code, that they would cancel the order, and I sent them the screenshots, to which they replied that I should cancel the order, so I cancelled it and what was my surprise when I saw the deposit in my account, for the phone I paid 234,96 € and the refund in my account was 219,61 € and my question is: where are the missing 15,35 €? When they didn't even send me the phone and the listing says free shipping. I feel outraged by eBay for allowing this on its platform. As a user, because of things like this I wouldn't recommend it and I don't think I will use it again, and to the gentlemen at eBay: I have screenshots of the conversations and bank statements at your disposal, though I don't think you'll even bother to ask me for them.
