Double charge
I made an order that has already arrived, but they charged me the same purchase amount twice. I’ve read that this has happened to several people and they say to call the bank, which I did, and they tell me that if the double charge was made, I have the number for both transactions and I can’t find a way to reverse it. I already wrote in eBay’s help section and they haven’t replied.
Please help
