Purchased and paid for, but it doesn't appear in purchase history
HELLO ON DECEMBER 16 I BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND PAID WITH PAY PAL, BUT IN MY ACCOUNT THERE IS NO ITEM IN HISTORY TO CLAIM AND THE ORDER NUMBER IS ALSO NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE SYSTEM.

When you made the purchase, did you receive any confirmation from eBay or PayPal in your email? Or do you see the charges in your PayPal account?
Is there a possibility that you placed the orders through a guest account? If so, the orders won’t show up in your regular account, but in the guest account, since they would be treated as different accounts. If that was the case, you should have an email from us with the order details and the estimated delivery date in your email.
If the transaction didn’t go through at all and you still see the charges in your PayPal account, PayPal should automatically reverse the charges, since the transaction did not take place.
