Buying in the Netherlands, best way??

Hello, good afternoon

Please can someone help me, I want to make a purchase in the Netherlands, I only have a way to pay by card, is it recommended or would another be better? And after paying the seller for the purchase, do I have to pay any kind of charges in Spain? Is it easy to track the shipment? These are my doubts, please if there is anyone kind and informed who can help me I would really appreciate it ;))

I buy on the Marktplaats platform, I pay by free transfer and without surcharge, since it’s CE, and you request the shipments through PostNL (DHL causes problems). And no problems.

You can buy without any problems anywhere in the world through eBay, you can use any credit or debit card, a PayPal account, or the Google or Apple Payment Service. (Google Pay or Apple Pay)

Tracking will depend on what kind of shipping service you choose, but the most common thing is that once the seller ships the item, they will give you a tracking number and the carrier's name so you can track the order.

In theory customs fees should not apply, but if you go to the listing in question and click on the tab "Shipping, returns and payments", you will be able to see whether VAT applies to that transaction or not, since that tab sees your shipping location, the location where the item is coming from, and thus calculates whether VAT applies or not, as well as an estimate in case it does. However, keep in mind that the seller is beyond eBay's control, as is how local authorities handle the item, since it is the local authorities that apply and handle the customs charge.
