Regards, a few days ago I bought a battery for a Samsung tablet, and it arrived on June 30 at an international courier. When they received it, I immediately got a message saying the company could not send the package to Venezuela because those items were prohibited. I requested a return and the buyer tells me no, since the mistake is mine and therefore they will not send me the return label. Has that item been lost?
