Refund of the amount for an item not received
Hello, a few days ago I bought an item, I paid for it in 3 installments with Paypal, the first payment of 49.74 euros out of a total of 149.22 euros.
The item never arrived. 10 days later I received a refund through Paypal of 34.74 euros, that is, 15 euros less than what I paid in the first and only installment.
The seller has not explained to me why the item didn't arrive.
I don't understand anything. Can someone give me an idea of what happened??.

Hello,
If you haven't done so already, we advise you to open a not received item claim so that the seller in question can refund the remaining amount you paid for that order.
Once you do that, you’ll be able to select the option 'Ask eBay for help' after 3 business days from the moment you opened the request, if the seller doesn’t reply to you.
