Hello
Does anyone know what percentage the tax office takes from the sales made on eBay? I’ve read on Google that you have to pay, for example, 19% if you sell for 2,000 euros. Where can I ask eBay this question?

Keep in mind that DAC 7 does not change your tax obligations, it only determines whether eBay has the obligation to report your data or not. In practice, your tax obligations will be the same and it does not necessarily mean that you have to pay taxes on the amounts reported.
If your sales reach the volumes or value stipulated in DAC7 in a calendar year, eBay must annually report certain personal and transactional data of its users to the relevant tax authority. If you have more questions about your tax obligations, we would recommend consulting a tax advisor.
