I was charged for a refunded item
On October 30th I made a purchase. On November 1st I requested a refund for the product, which was granted to me. On the 4th I received the refund, but that same day the same amount was charged to me again. I see that I get a message confirming a purchase, the link to the purchased product is the same, but it shows as refunded.

Thanks for your message. It’s possible that the seller appealed the case and that it was granted in their favor after showing new information.
I suggest you go into your purchase history to see if you can check whether the case was appealed after the refund was processed.

OP1 year agoIn the purchase history, it shows as returned. I've spent a week trying to contact eBay, because I don't get the impression that this is the seller's doing; at least nowhere does it say that this is under appeal. But it's impossible to contact eBay, everything they offer as help are generic articles that are of no use to me.
