VAT PAID TWICE AGAIN
You've done it to me again, it's a disaster, the IOSS system with eBay at Correos almost never works. I had to do a self-clearance for a shipment, I'm attaching proof of payment to the AEAT for the same customs office and the release that I had to pay for, and you won't accept it claiming that it's a payment to "third parties" and that it isn't import VAT when the document clearly states it is. This is the third time I've already complained to you about the same thing, the last time I had to send you ten emails for you to realize your mistake. It makes you not want to buy again.

OP1 year agoCould an eBay Spain employee please review proof of payment for customs VAT? I'm tired of arguing with eBay to prove that it's a VAT payment to release a package for which I had already paid VAT on eBay.
Thank you very much.
