I am an eBay seller, I issue the refund to the customer automatically
Good afternoon, I would appreciate it if you could help me on this platform. Ebay made a refund of 258.30 euros to a customer, and I am in favor of that. But the money they paid to the customer never entered my bank account (I HAVE MY BANK REPORTS), Ebay has that money IN SUSPENDED MODE and now that money can’t be verified anywhere, IT VANISHED. I am literally giving my money to EBAY. (I AM AN EBAY SELLER) I would appreciate it if you could support me with my case. I don’t know how to contact them!!

From what you say, it is possible that the funds from that sale were withheld and used to refund the buyer you refer to, which would explain why you have not received those funds in your bank account.
Normally, the funds from a sale may be temporarily withheld, precisely to ensure they are available in case it is necessary to refund a buyer if they open a claim.
