If you made a mistake when entering your address for an auction you won, your best option is to contact the seller and send them a request to cancel the order.
As an online marketplace, we would not have the option to cancel an order, only sellers can do that, and we therefore advise you in the future to always check that the address you include when completing a purchase is correct, Keep in mind that if the item has already been shipped or marked as shipped, the seller will not be able to cancel the transaction. Therefore, your best option is to try contacting the seller to see if they can cancel the order, so they can relist the item and you can buy it again, this time entering the correct address
