Hello, I won a watch; the first image is of an original watch, from the catalog. The description lists the model. Then there are other real photos of the watch and it is clearly fake. Ebay has a policy on counterfeit items, in theory I thought that what was sold on ebay was lawful, original, and not against the law. After winning the auction, I paid for it and now I want to cancel the order. first, because it is fake, and second, because I don't want to take part in the buying and selling of counterfeit goods. No matter how much I try to cancel the purchase, Ebay washes its hands of it, giving free rein to any unscrupulous person who wants to commit a crime against intellectual property. I just want my money back, and to disappear from Ebay. I already had an account back then, I just remembered why I stopped using Ebay, in two purchases, one good and one fake.
