Hello, I am requesting eBay’s intervention regarding Case no. 02-13350-49460, because the seller delivered the wrong part and has not made the refund he promised. Before the purchase, I provided the seller with the VIN number (VIN: SALZA2BX2MH123373) and specifically asked whether the transmission offered was compatible with my vehicle (Range Rover Evoque II L551, 2019, gasoline P200 4x4). The seller confirmed in writing that the part was correct. After installing it, it became clear that the transmission does not match the L551 model. This model requires a version with a vibration damper, while the part sent corresponds to the older L538 model and lacks that component. This caused strong vibrations and confirmed that it is the wrong part. I asked the seller for a full refund, including: part price, installation costs, removal costs, shipping costs. The seller agreed to issue the refund on November 5, but as of today I have not received any payment and he is not responding to my messages either. I have all the invoices and related documentation (purchase, installation, removal, diagnosis), and I can attach them immediately when eBay requests them.
