For years I have made certain purchases that, for some reason, were never completed, and the seller gives me FULL or PARTIAL REFUNDS, and I always assumed the money would go back to the account I used to make the purchase. Lately I’ve had more REFUNDS for the same different reasons (they don’t send the products, they never arrive, etc.), and reviewing my Bank Statement I have confirmed that Ebay never returned the money, and this because the account I paid with is Virtual and only allows PAYMENTS and does not accept DEPOSITS (like refunds). Questions: 1.- How can I manage the refund of all the charges that Ebay has not refunded to me?, and2.- How can I register the account so that Ebay makes the corresponding deposit?
