I bought an item and the seller wasn’t updating the order, so I sent them a message and they replied saying they would update it, but they gave me a Fedex tracking number. I received the delivery notification but never got it. I checked with Fedex and they told me they had given me an incorrect tracking number because it didn’t match my address. I filed a claim and I’m not getting any response
