I am writing to you regarding the order placed on July 5, 2025 through the eBay platform, with order number 08-13284-75965, for a total amount of 58.08 EUR, corresponding to a part for MINI COOPER Park Lane.
The part was delivered properly packaged; however, upon opening the package in the presence of the delivery person, I found that the part was broken. At first glance, it was clear that the material, specifically the plastic, showed evident signs of aging, which indicates that the part was in poor condition before shipping.
Since the product did not meet the described conditions nor was it in an acceptable state for use, I immediately returned it to the delivery person, who accepted the return without issue and assured me that the part would be sent back to the sender.
To date I have not received the corresponding refund, which is why I formally request the full return of the amount paid (58.08 EUR) as soon as possible.
If I do not receive a response within a reasonable period, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with eBay and, if necessary, with the competent consumer authorities.
