¿Cómo hablar con ebay y Paipal?,yo no lo consigo .he perdido dinero y no tengo el respaldo prometido

NO CONSIGO NUNCA CONTACTAR EBAY O PAIPAL,  ¿DÓNDE ESTA PAIPAL PARA REEMBOLSAR  LOS PRODUCTOS QUE NO FUNCIONAN, QUE NO SE CORRESPONDEN CON EL ANUNCIO, QUE NO LLEGAN...? PIERDO DINERO Y GANO MUCHO ESTRES CON ESTO. NO PUUEDE PASARME SOLO A MI. SI ALGUIEN PUEDE DARME UN CONSEJO.....GRACIAS

Si pagaste por PayPal, este método de pago ofrece el “Programa de protección al comprador” cuando el comprador no ha recibido el artículo o el artículo es distinto al anunciado.
