La verdad es que no explicas como ha ido a parar a otra dirección y es complcado saber cual es el problema. Si el problema es que la dirección no es correcta o que ahora no puedes ir a recoger, no tiene solución. A los pedidos en tránsito o pendientes de recogida no se les puede cambiar la dirección de entrega.

Sin mas datos la única solución es la que ofrecen, reembolsar sin gastos de envío.
