pretty much summed up in the title. i bought an item, ebay canceled it and says i didnt pay so there is no refund necessary. however, my paypal account tells me i have indeed payed. the item has already processed in paypal, meaning that the money is truly gone, and the shipping fee is currently being processed. how am i supposed to get the money back? ebay wont provide a direct answer and wont let me message them over it because the item is no longer listed.
