I recently purchased an item and selected CLICK and COLLECT from a local supermarket that accepts ebay deliveries. I was supposed to receive the item on the 15ht of April. Since then i only have the confirmation of the Royal Mail that it was delivered. But i have no email confirmation with the bar code that allows me to pick up the item. As i talked to the supermarket owner, if i dont have the email confirmation that means it didnt arrive, but the opposite happens with the Royal Mail tracking number. Please Help 🙂
