On May 10 I bought a portable hard disk but it was lost due to a logistics problem, as he said. He resent the item with no tracking number but I didn't get it, either.
When I informed him about this he told me to wait a bit more , and I did.
Then he said he had reimbursed me the money but it's not true.

Please tell him to send me a refund confirmation receipt and that way we can see where the mistake is. I shouldn't be the one showing him proof of not reception of the money , but the other way around.

Please help me to get my money back.
