I NEED A REFUND

hello community, i bought an item on ebay on the 9th of november at exactly 12:21am and the description stated as follows.

SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4 SM-T235 16GB,WIFI +4G(UNLOCKED).PRICE GBP70.00. But to my suprise the seller send me a model 230 which is not a 4G,but only wifi option and i tried to message the seller which she reply that i should be patient that she on duty but after waiting for 2 days without reply,i decided to send a message to her without a reply then later i send a message to her that i know where she lived by that time she replied my message that i cannot threatened her because i told her to send me a retund label which she declined,sir/ma please kindly see to my request and go through her listening for a proof of what im talking about.below is the picture of her listenig for the community to decide.

Debes abri una solicitud aportando pruebas del problema y si el vendedor no se quiere hacer cargo, ve a la página de estado de la solicitud y en la parte inferior tienes accesos para contactar con atención al cliente. Les cuentas que está mareado la perdiz para no se responsabiliza de su error.
