In February 2020, I bought a 14 kt gold wedding ring with certified diamonds on Ebay and I have not received the promised diamond certification. You told me that it was due to the COVID situation, that you would send it to me soon. I took the ring to a jewelry store, they looked at it with an object to see if it was diamond and NOT diamond. I have sent several claims to Ebay and even had to cancel my wedding due to this situation. I should wait? Will I make the corresponding complaint? A lot of time has passed. The seller no longer appears. I have tried to contact him and he does not appear. I can send proof of payment.
