Item I ordered and paid for has not been recieved. Seller says the tracking shows the courier tried to deliver on two occasions in December but couldn't due to an unspecified problem with the recipient. I can't find how to contact ebay or the courier to arrange for the courier to make another attempt to deliver the items. Anybody help?
