Me han estafado

Buenos días,

Hace más de una semana que compre por subasta un MacBook Pro de 16".

Tomando las precauciones necesarias miré el porcentaje de votos positivos del vendedor y sus comentarios, así como su fecha de registro como usuario.

En aquel momento, el porcentaje era de 100% (vendedor totalmente fiable), su fecha de registro, mayo de 2004 en Estados Unidos (usuario con experiencia, mayor garantía).

Le hice la transferencia bancaria a la cuenta que él me indicó. Estuve sin saber de él un par de días, le escribí pidiendo noticias al respecto de la compra. Y me contestó que me "lo enviaría mañana". Al día siguiente le pedí la información de seguimiento sin obtener respuesta, y después le he vuelto a escribir varios días y sigo sin respuesta. Ahora he visto que sus opiniones se han actualizado con gente informando de que es una estafa, y con su porcentaje de vendedor ya al 25%.

En estado del pedido sigue poniendo pendiente de pago cuando yo lo pagué hace una semana. Llevo cuatro días esperando respuesta a diferentes mensajes que le escribo al vendedor.

¿Cómo tengo que proceder? Es la primera vez que me pasa algo así, y con la ayuda de ebay no llego a ningún puerto, y temo que si dejo pasar más tiempo se haga más difícil recuperar mi dinero.

Si alguien pudiera ayudarme asesorandome un poco se lo agradecería enormemente.
