I hereby request your intervention in the business that I did on the eBay platform.
I present the facts.
I bought a lamp that arrived broken.
Everything went well in the communication between the seller.
Always answering my questions.
The fact is that when I received the lamp it arrived broken.
Inside the package (attached photos) there was an unidentified object, not corresponding to any photo advertised by the seller.
In my opinion, that piece of iron caused the lamp to break.
I asked the seller the reason for the iron in the order.
The seller says he did not know what the piece was and did not put it in the packaging.
The seller does not want to sell return the money.
I want the money back because the piece is broken and in the packaging came another piece that does not correspond to the seller's photos.
I look forward to an answer.
