So, a buyer raised a dispute because he never received the product (shipment from EU to Brazil which I have no clue how long it takes, and without considering customs).
The shipment method he requested was with economic without tracking number, so, as I can't provide a tracking that does not exist for this shipment method, buyer got a refund and I will never know what happened with the product.
Is there a contact in ebay? I have proving that has been shipped.
I feel totally scammed by ebay and I think this need to be published to warn all sellers about this lack of protection we have
Don't know if denounce this to authorities as I not only loose something personal, but I feel also stolen because they forced me for a refund on which I never had the chance to prove that everything has been done correctly
