Hi, a seller sent me the wrong item and I asked for a return. He told me to keep the item and he would send me the correct one. The problem is that he opened a return and now stop responding to messages. I can't ask abay to step in and can't send an email to ebay. The site is very confusing when looking for help and I can't even send an email to show the case and ask for help. The seller had the intention to cheat me and not ask ebay to step in.
