Why eBay changed it's email DNS configuration and removed the allowed IPs from TXT record of the DNS configuration?
Now is:
Received-SPF: none (xxx.com: ebay.com does not designate permitted sender hosts)
Few Days ago were:
Received-SPF: pass (xxx.com: domain of members.ebay.com designates 66.211.185.152 as permitted sender)
client-ip=66.211.185.152
