Primero que nada, buenas noches, vengo a recurrir a la comunidad en busca de consejo, desde mayo del año pasado realice un envío por una venta de un producto, el mismo tardó 5 meses en actualizar el tracking y en hacer que el pedido llegue al destino, ahora bien, el comprador recibió reembolso antes de los 5 meses y niega haber recibido el producto, gracias a correo argentino y su muy mala atención, el pedido se envió a pesar que lo cancelé antes de los 3 meses de haberlo enviado, no responden mails ni tienen comprobante alguno para confirmar que el pedido llegó, quedo atento a su respuesta!
