I'm very disappointed in Ebay. I bought a laptop and when it arrived, the keyboard didn't work properly, something the seller didn't notice in his ad. I complained to the seller about this and my vote was negative, as long as he didn't give me a solution to my problem. So if this happened I would raise it from 1 star to 3 stars for the inconvenience. The seller sent me a keyboard, and I had to manage the change of the keyboard. When I get the keyboard from the laptop and the computer technician replaces it, I proceed to try to change my rating to raise the score I gave him a little. To my surprise, my negative rating has disappeared! After investigating I find out that since the seller has reacted by trying to fix the problem, Ebay has directly removed my negative rating from all of the seller's ratings. My complaint is that I have had to spend time and money to fix the problem and that lack of satisfaction on my part is not reflected anywhere so the seller has excellent ratings. I wonder if one can trust the ratings of the Ebay sellers.
