Here is a copy of the police report for fraud. Before 30 days we complained about the shipment and we were told by Ebay to report the seller for not receiving the order. We were still guaranteed the reshipment of the items, all this is recorded in the emails sent by Ebay. At all times we have followed Ebay's warranty requirements, you can see this in all the requests sent to us. We were told that we would be reimbursed within 48 hours, and this has not been fulfilled. At all times we have complied with Ebay's instructions, under their protection as stated in the messages. We have forwarded all copies to the police to intervene with Ebay. And we will continue to file complaints for breach of warranty with Ebay through the State Police and Interpol to prevent fraudulent sales. EBAY HAS IN ITS CLAIMS HISTORY ALL THE INDICATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED UNDER WARRANTY.
