Hi, I bought an antique clock from a UK sales site, I am in Italy and the shipping was supposed to be normal, but it was not. The seller dispatched the item with the Global Shipping system through Pitney Bowes company, neither that company or Ebay gave me an explanation why the item was not delivered. That is the way they communicate. they was told that I would get my money back but what I was interested in was an explanation. I was never able to find out the reason why the clock was not delivered, taxes, customs, who knows what the **bleep**. The Global Shipping **bleep** delivers through another **bleep**ty Pitney Bowes, no one talks, no one explains, no email, no phones, nothing. That's what the service is like. **bleep** off, you pieces of **bleep**.
