Hi, I sold an item to buyer without being warned that she is from ebay spain. after 25 days buyer opened a case claiming item is not received and asked for a refund. i sent messages to buyer that it was on track and i was doing everyting to fasten the process even thru offical post office filings. no response from buyer to any of my messages. then i asked ebay helpdesk to help refund the buyer - for my good standing as atop rated seller - until the item is received as technically there was something wrong and i could not do it myself. ebay helpdesk stepped in and refunded the buyer and told me that when i can prove the item is delivered i could appeal and get my money back. the item got delivered within a few days. i contacted the buyer - no response. i asked ebay US to help me reverse it, sent my proof that it is delivered but got a response in english and spainsh with a ‘no can do note’, suggesting they have no reach to ebay spain to reverse it. meanwhile i sent messages to the buyer from ebay, from paypal and even sent a money request on paypal but none of which were replied by the buyer and the money request was rejected. this proves that i - as a seller - is being abused and what the buyer did borderlines with fraud / scam. So; please help me get my money back from the buyer as the item is delivered. looking forward to hearing from you and receiving my 95 usd back. thanks & bests.,
