espejo roto en el envio

hola compañeros.

pues resulta que compre un par de espejos para mi moto y cuando me llego,la caja estaba un poco chafada y mi sorpresa fue al abrir la caja es q un espejo estaba roto.

le hice fotos y me puse en contacto con el vendedor y me dijo q fuera a la oficina de correos y q se hicieran cargo ellos,pues bien,hoy e ido a correos y me han dicho q la caja ya les llego asi a ellos y q no se hacen responsables.

me e puesto otra vez en contacto con el vendedor y me ha respondido esto:

"Hi Jorge,

Can you please have the post office returned the parcel to us.

Since it's the fault of transport to Spain. Once the parcel returned to us, we can apply for the compensation from our side.

You just gave it to your local post office and tell them you want to deny the parcel.

a lo cual no entiendo muy bien,ya q el traductor de google es una caquita.

mas o menos q me quiere decir el vendedor?

la caja la tire,pasa algo por haber tirado la caja?

debo interponer una queja en ebay?

que debo hacer?

No se puede enviar vidrio

No se pueden enviar armas de fuego

No se pueden enviar animales vivos, salvo Abejas, sanguijuelas o gusanos de seda

No se pueden enviar artículos obscenos o inmorales

Eso quiere decir que de China no podría entrar nada.
