Tengo un pedido que enviaron por USPS First Class Mail. En el tracking, lo último que sale es lo siguiente:

Eso significa que ya salió con destino a Perú? Si es así cuanto tiempo más o menos tardará en llegar a Lima?

Comprueba si ya aparece en el sistema del servicio postal de Perú el nº de seguimiento que te facilitaron.
