Seller refused to give joint shipping invoice although his page promised to do so. How do I proceed?

The seller's page clearly indicated that he would ship up to 5 items won within 5 days and paid together for the shipping cost of 1 item (6,90eur) provided the shipping address is in the country (Germany   Now, I have won 4 items and messaged him several times for a joint invoice, he just kept sending me individual invoices for each item with separate shipping costs. EBay customer services seems impossible to get to. How do I proceed? I don't want an unpaid item case.

Tanto como imposible... Es mucho menos complicado que llegar a este foro. Arriba, donde pone ayuda, contactar con eBay.

Escoge un tema con chat, no uses email o mensajería.

Sobre el tema de pagar varios gastos de envío, es algo que solo puede arreglar el propio vendedor.
