Sending international post

Sorry about question in English.

Is anyone else having problems in the last month in sending post out of spain with correos. ?

I have had 1 packet returned and another is been with correos 2 weeks and not sent by air to Ireland.

It is back in Alicante after going from there to Madrid and back.

The delivery without tracking will delay in summer, but maybe the delivery address is wrong or there's any problem at Customs with the packets. Did they told why are sending back your packets?
