I need the ebay email, i live outside US, I phoned the customer center ,but dont understand me

I need to contact ebay by email. I have call already to the ebay customer center but the operator seems not understand me.

I cannot find the ebay email. I tried to enter into my accunt and everytime ebay sends me to write down my id again and again.
