I have a big problem, I make purchases through a company that receives my packages in Florida, then brings them to my country and sends them to me, I bought an item and in the ebay tracking it appeared delivered, I trust, my surprise is that after Approximately 15 days later they told me that it did not appear in the system, and when I saw the tracking on the USPS page it told me that it had been given to an agent who took it to their agency where I was supposed to pick it up and I filed a complaint. through ebay and they contacted me with the seller who at all times told me that to resend my package he could not do anything but only ebay could, seeing how little help I tried through paypal and what I got was that they closed the case on ebay and they also ruled in favor of it on paypal total the package no longer appears in the guide and I don't know who to contact to request a resend of it I paid 164 dollars for said order I think I'm going to lose it, if someone can help me help me communicate with eBay, I don't see how I would appreciate it.
