Buenas tardes , el 19 de Diciembre gane una subasta en Usa , el vendedor hizo el envio el 22 , hace una semana viendo que se retrasaba , mande un mail pidiendole informacion del envio , hoy he recibido este mail
We have determined that the package is in Spain since January 6. It is in customs and still being processed. They will not let me try to retrieve or refund any money until 21 days from today. So... If you could still be patient and we will see if they get it to you. If they do not get it to you in 21 days then we will go the refund route. Does that sound fair?
