ES LICITO INFORMAR UN AUMENTO DEL COSTE DE ENVIO UNA VEZ PAGADA UNA PUJA

Ayer gané y pagué el artículo por el que pujé, y hoy el vendedor me ha escrito para informarme que los gastos de envio son superiores a los que figuraban en el anuncio, que deberían pagarse 20$ extras para cubrir los costes de envio.

Es esto lícito? Debo pagarle? O él debería asumir dicho error y respetar las condiciones que figuraban en el anuncio durante la puja?

Esto es lo que él me ha escrito:

"I will ship it carefully,however there is a little problem. You did not pay me enough for shipping. The post office is saying it will cost $45.00 US to ship. Not $25.00 that you paid. I'm so sorry but I dont know why Ebay underestimated the shipping cost, this has never happened to me before. I will box it up and bring to post office to weigh and send you an exact price as soon as I can, but I think its going to be around $45.00 What would you like me to do?"

Yo no le pagaba ni un duro más de lo que ponia en el anuncio...

Si se pone cabezón abre reclamación por artículo no recibido y punto.
